Description:
Two garages and an industrial building were demolished to provide space for a green courtyard and common facilities for the residents. In the middle of the triangular shaped building complex, a former silo has been rebuilt to house common facilities, and a playground has been laid out. The strips closest to the buildings have been laid out as small, private green areas.
