Aalborg Stadium

The original stadium was built as a concrete panel construction in 1963, but had become very worn-down and in need of extensive renovation was required. The result is strikingly different from the original building. Today, the stadium is a tight, futuristic aluminium covered structure resting upon outward leaning concrete pillars.
