Børnekulturhuset Fyrtøjet (the Children's Culture Centre)
The main facade of the building fronts on the busy Thomas B. Thriges Gade, but the entrance is from the quiet H. Jensens Stræde. Here the long building ends in a café and a studio inspired by historical orangeries in large gardens and parks. Towards the garden are later added some dogs' heads that eject the rain water into a lake in front. The heads are inspired by the dogs with eyes as big as teacups in the fairy-tale The Tinder-Box.
