The new administration building of Odense Vandselskab is built adjacent to the company's original buildings which includes engine house. The new administration building is built on top of a one-storey building from the 1960s and an existing water tank, which has been converted to an underground parking space. The offices are of two storeys, while the intermediate corridor is of three. It is clad in zinc, while the other facades are composed of panels of cedar, lacquered steel plates, asbestos cement and zinc. The many intersections have made it possible to establish small, recreational spaces round the building. The alterations to the engine house includes the large ridge light, which lets natural light penetrate deep into the administration and foyer areas.
