Jomfru Ane Park is located centrally on the Aalborg waterfront, and is primarily intended for cyclists and pedestrians. Each area has its own mood, with materials ranging from rough asphalt, concrete and wood, to the refined wave patterns of the paving and green, grass-clad gardens. This makes Jomfru Ane Park versatile in both use and appearance.
Specifically, the park contains space for an open-air market in the area by the two restaurants Rosdahls and Elbjørn; a Harbour House with facilities for audience-related activities; a planned harbour bath; an activity square with a multi-sports court: and a green garden for recreation.
